Ella Rochelle-LawtonProject & Program Manager, First Amendment
After studying art and design at UC Berkeley, Ella Rochelle-Lawton ran off to join the circus and designed a billboard about it. Since then, teaching street art history and spray paint has taught her that the best design lives on the street, where people can touch it and make it their own. In this talk, she'll share how working with teams from Adobe, Google, and Figma transformed her view of design from pixels to people. She’ll explore how street art, from the local legends to international artists, build belonging, redefine public space, and inspire community throughout the design process.
